The exact error probably is: "Unable to save the Installer file, check your disk space."

In most cases this means the Windows temporary directory is too full.

In Windows 9x the Temp directory equaled the free disc space. In Windows2000 and up, the Temp directory space is limited.

Add extra space to the Temp directory by deleting files or moving files to an alternative directory.

When you aren't sure which is your Windows Temp directory, go to the Windows Start menu > Run.

Type Temp and click the 'OK' button. The Windows Temp directory will show up.

If you didn't receive our registration e-mail, our e-mail may have been rejected.  There are multiple reasons why an e-mail is rejected. You can ask us to resend your registration code e-mail any time. Please go to the support ticket form. Please state your problem in the 'remarks' box. I'm sure our administrators will help you out within the next business hours.

There is no default procedure for downloading EZGenerator updates manually.

We suggest you try to use the automatic update from Menu help > Online update.

The EZGenerator registration connection and template download connection use http access to connect to the internet. This is the same way as your browser accesses internet.

Please check if you use a proxy server when connecting to internet. Try the following:

In EZGenerator go to the menu extra > settings > http proxy.

Click the 'Get Proxy' button.

A.  If EZGenerator finds your proxy settings:

Check 'Use Proxy for Http'.

Try the template download again.

B.  If EZGenerator says 'no proxy':

Open an Internet Explorer browser

Go to the menu Tools > internet options > connections > lan settings.

No, the EZGenerator trial version cannot be registered.

You need the special EZGenerator program installer to get a version of EZGenerator which you can register. The link to this EZGenerator installer file was send to you in the registration e-mail.

If you don't have an internet connection please use this procedure to download and register EZGenerator :

1. Download the EZGenerator installer file from the link you received in your registration e-mail.

2. Write the EZGenerator installer file on a CD-ROM and install the program on the offline pc.

3. Use the serial number we send you to register your EZGenerator program.

4. Use the offline registration option and send us the code you see on your screen.

5. We will send you a personal registration code that will register your program.

For the web templates:

1. Install and register EZGenerator on an internet connected computer.

2. Fully download the templates and styles you like to use.

3. Write the \EZGenerator\webtemplates directory to a cd-rom

4. On your offline computer, overwrite the installed \EZGenerator\webtemplates with the CD-ROM version.

Procedure to install your software:

0. (only if you need to transfer your TRIAL version projects)

   To prevent loss of information, make a backup of the EzGenerator website

   project directories outside the EzGenerator installation directory.

   You can find this project directories in:

   C:\Program Files\EzGenerator28\Data\<directory with the name of your project>

   or

   C:\Program Files\EzGenerator30\Data\<directory with the name of your project>

1. Uninstall the EzGenerator Trial version (if applicable)

2. Double click ezg-full30.exe Installer file to start installing the

   EzGenerator Software. You find the download link to this installer file in the 'my licenses' section

   of your online member account page.

3. Now start EzGenerator from the shortcut on your desktop.

4. Important: You have to register this EzGenerator software

   within 7 days. When registering, make sure you are connected

   to the internet and hit the registration button.

   Now enter all info requested and enter your unique 20-digit serial number:

   - Update your EZGenerator program to the latest version with the menu help > online update.

   - You should see your website project in the registered EZGenerator program.

      If not, copy the backuped project under the C:\Program Files\EZGenerator\Data directory.

   - Go to the menu publish > full build (CTRL+F8) to rebuild your website.

NOTE: use menu extra --> Full build to rebuild project.

      Images that were added to a project in the EzGenerator trial version have

      an EzGenerator watermark.

      These watermarks are not removed by the above full build procedure. If

      you want to remove the watermark, please reinsert the original images to

      your website project.
