CHANNEL SETTINGS

Channel Settings

The Channel Settings window opens alongside plugin instruments (VSTs, DX and native plugins like Sytrus & Direct Wave) and contains a number of global options including mixer track routing (FX), channel pitch (tuning) and inbuilt arpeggiator functions. Some native FL Studio plugins (e.g. Channel Sampler & TS404) are hosted inside the Channel Settings window.

To open: Click the Channel button in the Channel Window for the instrument of interest. This action will open both the Channel Settings window and Instrument interface (if present). The Channel Window can be closed independently of the Instrument interface. Doing this before opening a second instrument will keep the first instrument interface open.

Settings & Controls

The tab-buttons that display in the Channel Settings window (PLUGIN, SMP, INS, MISC, FUNC) will depend on the instrument loaded in the channel. Not all Channel settings and controls will work with all instrument types.
